Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArabSouqna (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, listing a business, or requesting or submitting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What ArabSouqna is — and is not

ArabSouqna is a matching and discovery service only. We provide an online directory and quote-request system that helps customers ("Buyers") discover and contact businesses ("Businesses") across the Arab world. ArabSouqna is a neutral venue and an introducer of parties.

• We do notvouch, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any Business, person, product, service, price, quote, or listing, whether or not it carries a "Verified" badge.
• We are not a party to any contract, agreement, negotiation, transaction, payment, delivery, or dispute that arises between a Buyer and a Business, whether concluded on or off the Platform.
• We do not handle, process, escrow, or take responsibility for any payment, deposit, or transfer of funds. All payments and commercial terms are agreed and settled directly between Buyer and Business, entirely at their own risk.
• The "Verified" badge indicates only that a Business submitted a government-issued document that appeared facially valid at the time of review. It is nota guarantee of the Business's honesty, solvency, quality, or conduct.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArabSouqna, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business — arising out of or in connection with:

• any interaction, communication, contract, or transaction between a Buyer and a Business;
• any goods or services offered, sold, purchased, or delivered (or not delivered);
• any payment, deposit, fraud, scam, misrepresentation, or non-performance by any user;
• the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of any listing, quote, review, or content;
• any offline meeting, agreement, or dispute between users.

You use the Platform, and contact or transact with other users, entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD 100 (or the equivalent). The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Buyer and Business responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, licensing, and suitability of any party before dealing with them.
• Businesses must hold all licenses and permits required in their country and must accurately describe what they offer.
• Users must not post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Prohibited services and conduct

Certain goods and services are strictly prohibited on the Platform, as set out in our Prohibited Services Policy. We operate automated keyword filters and manual review, and we may remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities without notice. Every listing carries a "Report" control; we investigate reports at our discretion.

5. Verification gate

Businesses may create free listings without verification. However, access to Buyer contact details and cross-border communication features is restricted until the Business uploads a valid government document (Commercial Registration, Tax ID, or National Freelance License) and is approved. We may revoke verification at any time.

6. Intellectual property

Your use of content is governed by our Intellectual Property Policy, and your data by our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account or listing at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.

8. Governing law and changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Any disputes with ArabSouqna are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in the final published version of these Terms.
