Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. You keep ownership of your content
You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload to ArabSouqna — including your business name, descriptions, logos, product images, and any other materials ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
2. The licence you grant us
By uploading User Content, you grant ArabSouqna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform (for example, showing your listing in search results, category pages, and social previews). This licence ends when you delete the content or your listing, except for copies retained in backups or required by law.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all User Content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights.
3. Copyright takedown — report stolen work
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices. If you are a rightful owner and believe your work (text, images, logo, or other material) has been copied onto the Platform without permission, send a takedown notice that includes:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the copyrighted work you own;
- the exact URL(s) of the infringing listing or content on ArabSouqna;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Send takedown notices to [email protected] (replace with your real address). On receiving a valid notice we will review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable the content and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
This document is a template and does not constitute legal advice. Set up a monitored takedown address and have this policy reviewed before relying on it.
